At our gym, we recognize the importance of creating a convenient and accessible fitness schedule. We strive to provide our members with a variety of opportunities to stay active and achieve their fitness goals.
Our schedule is divided into three categories: aerobic classes, strength training classes, and open gym hours.
Aerobic classes are available Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our classes include Zumba, spinning, kickboxing, and barre. During aerobic classes, our members can expect to engage in high-intensity interval training that will help them reach their fitness goals.
